Purchased several items from them in the past including Yakima bike rack solution, Rhino xtrail, Thule roof rack etc, onsite in their Matraville store and online, excellent price and service experience. It's my single stop shop for all my SUV outdoor needs. I don't think anyone can beat them. I hope they can establish another shop in Sydney north west in the future.

Recently purchased a Thule roof rack kit for a 2024 Kia Sorento. The web site was very easy to navigate and made sure I was ordering the right parts. I was trying to get a fitting kit from many different other vendors and none of them were able to deliver in a reasonable timeframe, except for this guys. The only problem is that they never replied to my phone calls even though I called them like 6 times during business hours.

I ordered a Yakima Easytrip 500L online and called ahead of time to check if I would be able to pick it up on the weekend. The man on the phone was very pleasant to speak to and when I picked up the roof box, I had a change of mind with the colour and again the person there was very friendly and helpful with accommodating that. He helped me put it on my roof to take home and in that time a few other customers had turned up and he made sure to greet each one and let them know he would be able to help them soon. Very good customer service from this place, highly recommend.
